ABOUT THE CENTER

The Center for the Study of Antisemitism supports research on manifestations of anti-Jewish hate through history, along with Jewish responses to them, within the broader context of the development of Jewish culture and civilization.

The Center for the Study of Antisemitism is a setting of robust scholarship and research on ancient and modern expressions of hatred of Jews; a home for vibrant, timely public programming; and a collaborator with NYU units — as well as external entities — in confronting the rising tide of antisemitism and other forms of hate.

our mission

The CSA brings together scholars and practitioners to build a vibrant research community and develops a broad network to inform meaningful approaches to understanding and addressing antisemitism.
